重新装了一下系统，用的还是Windows 7 64位的系统。系统安装成功后，也顺手将 IE 从9升级到了11，由于要写网页做测试，所以经常要用到 IE 的 F12 开发人员工具，但是按 F12 后，开发人员工具无法使用了，提示错误：jkZ免费资源网

但是卸载IE 11，回滚到IE 9又可以正常使用了。上网搜了一下，发现安装KB3008923这个补丁可以解决问题，于是从下面这个网址下载安装，但还是无法解决问题：jkZ免费资源网
